Flag Day 2021
Garrison-Bonds Post 184 was honored to again partner with Scouts BSA Troop 92 and Cub Scout Pack 92 to conduct a Flag Day flag retirement ceremony. Thank you to everyone from the community who came out to be part of the event!
April 2021 Eagle Court of Honor
This past Saturday, Post 184 was honored to host an Eagle Court of Honor for Hunter Fields, Logan Lewis, and Mitchell Taylor. As these young men have completed their Trail to Eagle, they serve as an inspiration to the younger boys who will follow them.
2021 District 14 High School Oratorical Contest
Garrison-Bonds Post 184 will be hosting The American Legion Department of Alabama District 14 High School Oratorical Contest on Saturday, February 13th at 2:00 PM. Join us in listening to some great speeches on the US Constitution by area high school students.
The winner of the district contest will go on to compete at the division contest to be held on February 27th at 10:00 AM at East Highland Baptist Church in Hartselle.
